About Us

Changing Futures (CF) is a national 3-year, £64 million programme aiming to improve outcomes for adults experiencing multiple disadvantage. It is funded by the Department of Levelling Up, Housing & Communities and the National Lottery Community Fund until March 2024.

Working with 15 local partnerships across England, Changing Futures is testing new ways of bringing together public and community sector partners to help people change their lives for the better.

We aim to create an environment where individuals experiencing multiple disadvantage can receive flexible, trauma informed, person-centred support when they need it, leading to increased periods of stability and more opportunities to make positive changes in their lives

Sussex was awarded a Changing Futures grant of £4.45M in July 2021 to improve the way that local systems and services work for adults experiencing multiple disadvantage

About The Job

Salary: £39,493 to £42,503 per annum
Working Pattern: Full-time (37 hours per week)
Contract Length: Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2024
Location: Chichester or Horsham, but working across West Sussex, East Sussex and Brighton & Hove(Flexible and Hybrid Working) Base location will be agreed with successful candidate.

Join the Changing Futures Programme as a Senior Data and Information Officer!

As a Senior Data and Information Officer, you will:

  • Be responsible for the on-going collection and analysis of data sets required to facilitate the delivery of the Changing Futures Programme.
  • Facilitate a Pan Sussex data subgroup bringing together experts from West Sussex, East Sussex and Brighton & Hove in a collaborative space.
  • Liaise regularly with national government representatives and members of the Changing Futures national evaluation team in order to progress programme activity.
  • Task manage staff in other organisations in the coordination and collection of data sets.
  • Be a key driving force in facilitating the delivery of the Data Transformation workstream for the Changing Future Programme.
  • Work as a part of a supportive and highly motivated Pan Sussex programme team who work together to deliver a high performing service.
  • Produce reports and briefings for a wide range of audiences and make recommendations to senior managers.
