We are recruiting for an Individual Needs Assistant to provide 1-2-1 support to children with needs.  The position is for 15 hrs a week across 5 days.

About the role

We require an enthusiastic, creative, motivated and flexible staff member to work mainly with children with significant learning needs.  The position also involves working with other children aged 4 to 7 on an individual basis and in small/class groups supporting their learning under the direction of the class teacher.

Training will be provided but applicant is desired to have NVQ2 for Teaching Assistants, equivalent qualifications or experience.  Experience of children with special needs is advantageous.
