About the role

Salary: Single Status Grade 4, Points 9-10 (£21,189 – £21,575 per annum, pro-rata)

We are seeking a highly organised, forward-thinking individual to join our administration team. You will provide clerical and organisational support to the College. This role will be part of a job share.
Duties will include word processing of school documentation to a high standard using a variety of applications including SIMS, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; telephone and reception duties; policy updating; providing administration support to staff and overseeing the College’s rewards scheme. You will be required to undertake First Aid at Work training and act as a main College first aider.
The ability to create mail merges and knowledge of SIMS is essential.
