Salary range: £30,930 - £32,637 p.a inc

An understanding of housing legislation in relation to nuisance, neighbour disputes and racial harassment.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing with a wide range of people, including Councillors, contractors and other agencies.
Ability to facilitate online customer engagement activities.
Problem solving and decision making - ability to deal with potentially complex situations within a busy environment workload, mitigate risks to customers and organisation, and achieve positive outcomes.
Finds creative ways of delivering results which go beyond what is expected wherever possible.
