About the role

This role manages a portfolio of projects within the Housing Repairs and Maintenance Programme and provides support to the Programme Manager to achieve our outcomes. We will soon be changing our repairs IT system and to help prepare for this we need to analyse our business processes. The successful applicant will be responsible for producing a range of process maps that will capture both current and future ways of working.

The successful applicant will lead on a range of individual projects and produce option papers to take forward key business decisions on services such as the out of hours emergency repair call service, the procurement of contracts and support the Programme Manager with the work required to set up our own materials supply arrangements.

With an eye for detail, you will gather and analyse a range of data to help inform business decisions for your projects. You will need to produce a range of process maps that capture current and future ways of working which will help take forward the implementation of a new repairs IT system.

Responsible for articulating problems and solutions in ways understood by all stakeholders, you will have excellent collaboration skills to bring the right people together to achieve positive outcomes.

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
