Horsham District Council are looking for a Property Records Administrator to support the Property and Facilities team with administration and organisation of property related records and coordination of enquiries.
As Property Records Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Maintenance of the TF Cloud Estates database with new information
- Coordination of FOI responses
- Collation and management of Health and Safety records
- Coordination of Energy readings
- Management of corporate mapping changes
- Support the surveying team in obtaining and recording information on the database
To succeed as Property Records Administrator you will be organised, accurate and resourceful. You will have good IT skills particularly in Excel and be able to learn new IT systems. An ability to work independently whilst maintaining good team communication is essential.
