We are looking to recruit a full time contracted Technician Electrical at the Brighton Centre.

The successful applicant will be expected to work within the Technical Team at the Brighton Centre, and will be qualified in electrical installation, and be fit and able to do the electrical maintenance and project electrics within the Brighton Centre.
The successful applicant will be expected to work a majority of their hours at weekends and evenings and nights. The venue runs 24 hours 7 days a week. So flexibility on working hours is a must.
The applicant must have knowledge of fire alarm and intruder alarm installations and must have flexibility in their working times, as the venue is very nearly a 24/7 building. The post also has some shift rota patterns.
The applicant must also have some grounding in the entertainment industry (working within it or with it) and must be able to install and engineer theatrical lighting and sound equipment, and to work on our conferencing staging commitments.
Hours: Full-Time 37 hours per week
