We are looking to appoint a planning professional as part of our Planning Enforcement Team. This is a diverse and challenging role that will suit an ambitious planner with knowledge and expertise in planning enforcement.
Our ideal candidate will be capable of dealing with a wide range of planning applications as well as the ability to deal with complex enforcement investigations. The successful applicant will provide advice on planning and enforcement matters to members of the team, and deal with a range of planning and other applications as well as appeals arising from enforcement action.
The role has a flexible work location, with attendance at the Council’s head office in Chelmsford as well as the ability to work from home.
