About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Planned Works Manager to join our wonderful service, working with our corporate building stock of around 200 buildings.

You will be responsible managing soft services, including cleaning and security contracts via a small team of dedicated staff and the HVAC contractor based in the Civic Centre.

The ideal candidate will lead from the front, manage support consultants and delivery contractors to ensure the built environment is safe for our staff to occupy and use. Therefore, you must posses the ability to motivate others and lead by example.

About you

The ideal candidate with come from an engineering background with the proven ability of project management of M&E systems within large, sometimes complex, occupied buildings and associated building works contracts.

It is an essential requirement of the role to hold a UK drivers license.

We are unable to accept applications from candidates who have been unsuccessful in applying for this role within the last six months.
