Waste Management Apprentice
Apprentice rate - £153 per week
37 hours per week (includes early starts, some weekends)
Temporary contract, up to 13 months

We are looking for an apprentice to join our Waste Management team.
You will gain valuable work experience, work with a great team and develop your skills and knowledge by undertaking a recognised Level 2 qualification (Sustainable Waste Management).
In this role, you will support the Waste Management team in a variety of tasks including litter picking, fly tipping collection and litter bin emptying as well as residential and trade waste collections. You will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness of the District.
You must be prepared to work outside in all weather conditions, be flexible in your approach to tasks and have the ability to adapt to any changes or additions to your workload. You should also have good customer service skills and the ability to read and understand instructions.
