LGSS Insurance manages the insurance services of 5 local authorities, providing claims and underwriting support services. We seek a motivated, flexible and committed person with a professional outlook to join our claims handling team.
A skilled administrator with experience of handling insurance claims you will have sole responsibility for a portfolio of cases and provide support to your colleagues in the management of all types of insurance claims.
You will have experience in managing a range of public liability claims demonstrating a working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and experience in determining liability and the negotiation of quantum on cases. You will be able to communicate clearly both in written and verbal form, have well developed customer service skills and an ability to provide clear and decisive advice.
The successful candidate will have a desire to develop knowledge and support the continuous improvement of our service.
