Corporate Support Assistant
20 hours per week over 5 days – flexible, remote/hybrid working options are available.
Salary: £13,208 per annum (FTE £24,434.80pa)
An experienced administrator is required to support the processing of Freedom of Information and Subject Access Requests and to act as the single point of contact enquiry service for Broxbourne Councillors.
The role will include logging all enquiries into the Council’s IT system, progress-chasing for relevant information and preparing responses to be sent to both the public and Councillors. This will involve liaising with the public, staff in all Council departments and external organisations.
Applicants should have GCSE Maths and English at Grade C (Level 4) or above. Applicants must have good written, communication and IT skills as well as excellent attention to detail.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in fluent English is essential in this post.
