Children's Services are looking to recruit a self motivated and hardworking Information Officer to work on the county’s expanded Troubled Families Programme.
You will be a highly motivated problem-solver, with the ability to work on your own initiative as well as in consultation with colleagues and partners, to ensure the smooth transition of information from frontline services through to county-wide analysis and reporting.
The role requires confident and advanced use of information systems including Excel and Access to collate and analyse data relating to solving data quality issues, eligibility for the programme and progress against criteria. To that end, you will manipulate a variety of datasets and databases, taking responsibility for the development and maintenance of efficient and effective processes.
Additionally you will assist in producing analysis and written summary reports for senior managers to help them maximise the number of families eligible, evidence the impact of the programme and claim funds through the payment by results process.
Accuracy and attention to detail will be key attributes, as well as a dedication to robust and ethical data handling, all in the pursuit of improving people’s lives.
