Working within Property Services, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering a first class responsive repairs and maintenance service. The job requires an enthusiastic, efficient, courteous and confident person with excellent interpersonal skills, who can provide comprehensive administrative support to Property Services.
A team player, you will be primarily working in support of the Responsive Maintenance Manager and Property Surveyors and dealing with a variety of repair, maintenance & refurbishment works to Council housing.
These duties will involve liaison with tenants, contractors, councillors, specialists and consultants, as well as providing cover for Housing’s call centre during busy periods.
You will need keyboard skills and the ability to learn and operate various computer systems including the integrated housing system "Orchard" (full training will be provided). You must be able to work under pressure in this busy environment and also have the ability to prioritise your workload.
