We are seeking a creative and motivated team manager to join our Children’s Social Services’ department.
To manage and supervise the 14+ Team in Children’s Services.
This is the team in Children’s Services where all referrals to the department for children and young people aged 14 years and over are received from professionals and members of the public. The Team Manager is responsible for all decision making, chairing of Strategy meetings and allocation of Integrated Assessments and S47 Enquiries to the Team. They will oversee all care planning for CASP and Pathway Planning and Children Looked After.
The Team Manager role will include the quality assurance of the team’s work. The Manager will supervise the Senior Practitioner and Social Workers and oversee the Supervision of the Support Workers, and Personal Advisors.
