About the job
An exciting new opportunity has arisen within Hillingdon's Adults Services.
As our Social Care Contract Support Officer you will play an integral part of shaping services and the market to ensure that our service providers are fit for the future and are providing high standards of care to our residents.
We are seeking innovative people who will help us overcome the challenges in managing quality in commissioned care services. You will support the ongoing contractual relationships with providers and with colleagues who are assessing the market for future solutions to promoting independence and choice.
About the person
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain great working relationships. In addition, you will have strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate complex data and negotiate successful outcomes. Previous experience of project delivery, alongside demonstrable experience of working successfully in the social care commissioning and contracting environment is essential.
