Liverpool City Council are seeking to recruit an experienced Data Support Officer on a fixed term basis for up 1 year based within the Early Help service.

The new Director and his team are committed to supporting and motivating an experienced, stable and skilled workforce to ensure we deliver this vision for our children and families, Liverpool City Council have a dedicated Early Help Service and are seeking applications from candidates who are committed and have experience in a data support role.
This is an exciting and varied role which will support the development of the early help offer. Your role will consist of supporting the development & delivery of an effective performance management framework system that meets with Ofsted requirements for the Early Help Service.
The successful candidate will need to have experience of working with data systems and the usage of computerised excel spreadsheet packages to undertake statistical data collection. You will also need to have good ICT skills with the ability to use data to measure the effectiveness of service delivery and be able to produce clear, concise documents in a variety of formats.
You will also be required to liaise with internal & external system providers regarding supporting change requests to maintain the function of the early help management system.
