The response to COVID-19 is shaping the way many organisations work. Whilst we recognise the value of some working time spent in the office, the roll-out of Microsoft 365 within the organisation coupled with new ways of working has transformed the ability of our staff to work from home while continuing to maintain the same high level of service delivery to our residents.
