About the Role
Business Services is the first point of contact for internal customers across the Council, enabling customers to access the right service (including self service) at the right time to the right standards.
We currently have an exciting opportunity in this newly created service for a part time case owner with a working knowledge of the MS Office suite of packages. With newly implemented processes, we provide case management services across the entire scope of the Business Services, managing and resolving the vast majority of cases. The entry pay level will be dependent upon level of existing knowledge and skill.
About You
We are looking for people with highly developed customer service skills who are passionate about efficiency and delivery of Council services.
An excellent communicator, you should be customer focussed, able to maintain high levels of speed and accuracy whilst managing competing priorities. If this is you and you are interested in working in a busy environment where no 2 days are the same, knowing that what you do contributes to making a difference then we want to hear from you.
