Previous working knowledge of an investigations or enforcement environment, including knowledge of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE) 1984 would be desirable.
The Council is currently offering a hybrid working scheme where you will be working from home and in the office, however you would be required to conduct regular site visits as part of the role.

Along with front line customer service experience, you will need excellent IT skills and be flexible to support the service. You will also need a full driving licence and access to a car.
