An exciting opportunity has arisen in Adult Social Care to be our Equality and Engagement Manager.
You will lead on developing Equality and Engagement best practice to inform new policy, improved practice and effective services in Adult Social Care and across partnerships in East Sussex.
The current context for Adult Social Care and Health makes this work more important than ever - helping to ensure that individuals and the community are at the heart of our decision making process. You’ll ensure that the department is supported to develop robust equality impact assessments and deliver inclusive and positive engagement. You will be working within a small team which tackles a wide range of work in an enabling, proactive and innovative manner.
