We are currently recruiting for a Mental Health Wellbeing Project Worker to work alongside people who have mental health problems, which impact on their social and daily functioning, within a Community Day Resource setting and in the wider community.

You will be required to enable service users to gain and retain skills for daily living thus promoting their independence.

The successful applicant will help service users to reach their full potential by supporting them to set and work towards achievable goals.

You will be required to promote social integration through supporting service users to participate in leisure, volunteering, education and employment activities within the wider community and with external agencies
