We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic individual to join our Housing Maintenance team which is responsible for planning the maintenance and improvement of the Council’s housing stock. This role will focus on delivering planned major and minor improvement works programmes. Located within the busy Housing Maintenance team, the post will aim to provide excellent front line customer service by working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Council’s objectives are achieved. This will include supporting the delivery of Specialist Works, Planned works and professional Services through the various works programmes the team deliver.
The Council has almost 3,000 homes and has a small development programme, all officers within the section have to be multidisciplinary and flexible but this leads to an interesting and varied work environment.
