We are looking for a committed and proactive Senior Administration Officer with proven experience in a similar role dealing with customers in a busy front line service. This is an exciting opportunity to provide an essential supportive role within the Housing Repairs Team. You will ensure accurate data collection and information is recorded at all times by monitoring and checking.
You will be a champion of the teams call quality, dealing with customer queries, escalations, complaints and analysis of customer satisfaction data and feedback.
Your activities will also include the completion of administrative tasks on a reactive nature to support the demand. In addition, you will have an understanding of vulnerabilities and be able to work sensitively and tactfully.
The role includes:
- Senior administrative tasks to support the service
- Diagnosing repairs over the phone, logging and authorising jobs
- Monitoring and checking of call quality, job coding in relation to responsive repairs, void works and social services adaptations
- Managing and updating databases, spreadsheets and records, updating the council website
