An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Asset Management team in OneSource delivering a critical support function to the Facilities Management Team. The team is responsible for delivering FM services across the corporate estate.
oneSource provides shared back office support service for Havering, Newham and Bexley Councils across a range of transactional, operational and strategic services. The Directorate of Asset Management within oneSource includes Asset Management Team responsible for delivering hard and soft FM services across the operational estate.
The Team is based within the London Borough of Newham and this post, though assigned to Havering, will be predominantly based in Newham. The council is working to transform the lives of local people with a focus on building the resilience of residents, our community and the local economy. Through this agenda we are aiming to close the gap in life chances between our residents and those in more affluent parts of the Capital

You will be joining a high performing team taking responsibility for the day to day operation of the delivery of resources and finance support to the Facilities Management section.
