We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced person to work within the Early Years & Children’s Centre Service to cover a period of secondment.
Your duties will involve providing a broad range of financial support, data management and technical support to the Early Years team.
With excellent organisational and communication skills you need to be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative and have a good understanding of customer care.
The ability to work across several work streams and being flexible to service need where necessary is crucial in an ever changing environment. The ability to produce clear and accurate minutes when necessary is also an important element of the work.
You should have substantial previous administrative experience and a good knowledge of IT systems. Microsoft Office, and in particular a good knowledge of Excel is essential.
You will be working with figures and data, therefore numerical skills and attention to detail is a priority. Knowledge of the Oracle financials system, the Capita ‘ONE’ data management system or the eStart database for Children’s Centres would be an advantage.
