Working as part of our Customer Delivery Team you will have the opportunity to deal with a wide variety of planning applications, appeals and pre- application enquiries.
Our aim is to resolve as many queries as possible at first point of contact, via phone, email, web chat and face to face – plus provide additional support if required and signpost to relevant information.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:-
- The ability to extract and assess complex plans.
- Customer service ethos, striving to continually improve.
- A can do attitude; trustworthy, dependable and delivers on what is promised - A desire to improve their skills, knowledge and experience.
- Working with colleagues in a polite and respectful manner.
