We are recruiting:

A Senior Social Work Practitioner to join our Integrated Community Health and Social Care Service for adults based in Barkingside.

We are looking for someone who can rise to the challenge of change and can maintain the high standard of service delivery Redbridge is known for.

Redbridge's Community Health and Social Care services are continually developing for the benefit of people in Redbridge, ensuring a strong focus on early intervention, prevention, Reablement and Person -centred care and support planning.  Our priority is to make sure that residents are at the heart of decision making and are supported in taking positive risks to achieve their chosen outcomes.
