An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate Landlord team in the Asset Management section within OneSource, delivering a range of programme and projects across the corporate portfolio for the London Boroughs of Newham and Havering.
The role is responsible for responsible for leading transition and change projects and developing them into clear deliverables. The post holder will also be responsible for delivering FM related projects and work streams to OneSource partner organisations and customers within agreed timescales and budgets.
oneSource provides shared back office support service for Havering, Newham and Bexley Councils across a range of transactional, operational and strategic services. The Directorate of Asset Management within oneSource includes a Facilities Management Team responsible for the corporate estate.

You will be joining a high performing team to ensure that Newham's corporate estate is compliant and well maintained. Amongst other duties, you will:
• Work at a strategic and operational level to implement FM work streams and will be actively involved in confidential projects
• To manage any project activity on behalf of the Facilities Management service irrespective of funding source and partnership / consortium arrangement
• To deliver complex and contentious development projects in line with budget , time and quality targets.
• To identify, assess and mitigate all project risks and issues.
• To be responsible for all project communications
You will be a high performing individual with experience of managing complex projects to deadlines and within budget. You will have highly developed communication skills and excellent planning and organisation skills. You will be a skilled negotiator and be a creative thinker. You will be innovative and have the ability to build positive working relationships within the organisation with colleagues at all levels as well as external partners.
