Strategic HR Manager
£47,205 - £55,087 per annum
Full Time - 37 hours per week

Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will ensure that HR has a positive, visible presence and maintains it’s credibility as an enabler to deliver our short, medium and long term business goals through our people.
You will champion a culture that drives and recognises staff performance, and enables us to continue to attract and retain the best talent to deliver the best services to our residents. You will develop and deliver a People Strategy to ensure that staff are engaged, developed and understand our core values, objectives and have a strong sense of belonging – we want Blaby to continue to be a “great place to work”.
In addition to this, you will provide strategic leadership and effective management of the HR Service.
The successful candidate will need to be able to operate strategically and operationally at the same time, juggling several different projects and tasks with competing tight deadlines. You must be resilient, able to manage complex and challenging situations, with often limited resources, providing innovative and creative solutions.
