Job Title: Admin Support Officer

Starting Salary: £19,650 with the opportunity to progress to a maximum of £22,129 (pro rata for part-time)
Hours: 37 per week

This role provides administrative support to the front-line Specialist Adolescent Service Hertfordshire (SASH). SASH is a uniquely integrated service delivering a range of interventions to adolescents and their families, including undertaking Youth Justice Orders, Statutory Social Work to Children Looked After and family support/prevention work.
We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, and organised individual who is able to ensure that a high level of administrative support is provided to the team to facilitate an excellent service being delivered to the young people the SASH team works with.
Although there are no specific qualifications required for these roles previous administrative experience in service delivery or a business related qualification would be beneficial. You will be a competent administrator with experience of using Microsoft Office and of taking minutes at meetings. You will be a confident team member, acting as the first point of contact for Managers and possess excellent customer care skills.
You will be self-motivated, professional and approachable providing excellent team support and best practice at all times. You must be willing to undertake a variety of administrative tasks, operating within departmental policies and procedures.
