We are looking for a highly motivated individual able to work on their own as well as part of a team. You must be an excellent communicator with great attention to detail along with excellent numerical skills. You must be able to liaise with all levels of staff, internally and with external stakeholders.
You will be required to understand and interpret financial data and financial systems used by Parking & Markets services. You must have excellent organisational and planning skills. The right candidate will be able to achieve set targets and deliver to tight deadlines without any reduction in accuracy.
You must be able to adapt to a changing working environment, whilst upholding a quality service through careful monitoring of financial records, processing payments, refunds and deal with the administrative work that is generated as part of the process.
