Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
Working pattern: Full-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 5.85 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)

About the role
We are seeking a reliable individual with a high standard of interpersonal skills who can remain calm under pressure and who has an approachable, professional manner for this key role. The successful applicant will be required to lead a team of Cover Supervisors ensuring a high standard of lesson cover is achieved and that duties and general support are provided.
They will also be responsible for organising staff cover within the school, including the coordination and organisation of planned and emergency cover, by liaising directly with supply staff and agencies to ensure cover is provided.
