If the preferred candidate is found to be disqualified under the 2018 Regulations, the offer of employment will be subject to the application by the preferred candidate to Ofsted for a waiver and the receipt of a waiver from Ofsted.

We are seeking a Headteacher who has the passion, drive, and enthusiasm to rapidly build on Pebsham Primary Academy’s existing strengths; to lead, motivate, develop, and inspire a school team of staff and governors who are passionately committed to giving pupils a wide range of real-life and enriching experiences within a culture of highest expectations.
About the school
Pebsham Primary Academy is a one-form entry school on the edge of Bexhill with approximately 200 pupils. It was rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in June 2019.
As a school, we value ‘learning outside the classroom’ and are proud of ‘Seashore Explorers’, our outdoor beach learning system that underpins the curriculum. Through our curriculum, we ensure that our children learn and know the important role that they can play in shaping their own futures, that they can make a difference and that they can ‘be the change’ for all of us.
