About the role

Salary: East Sussex Single Status Local Pay Structure Grade 4 (currently £19,264 - £19,650 per annum).
Part time hours or job share would be considered.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic worker to join our busy and proactive Premises Team, who are fundamental to the running of the College. You will be required to work as part of the team ensuring that the College environment and premises are maintained to the required high standard. This a diverse and varied role where there will be an opportunity to learn and build on existing skills as well as learn new ones. A clean Driving Licence is required for this post.
Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided. Candidates should be hard working and proactive in their approach to work. Some weekend hours and working during school holidays may be required. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to undertake formal qualifications as part of the role.
