Customer Contact Advisor £21,332 – £24,190 p.a. (Up to August 2023)
The Council is committed to modern and effective customer services that meet at least 80% of our customer’s needs. To achieve this the Contact Centre Service handles all customer contact channels and offers an excellent first point of contact for our customers.
Key to the success of the Contact Centre service is highly trained motivated staff, who are keen to go the extra mile for customers. Being part of a truly multi-channel customer contact service presents big opportunities to radically improve the way we deliver our services.
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and skilled advisor to deliver a wide range of services to our customers.
