Burnley Council are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to join our team.  You will work with colleagues and elected members to ensure the Council is resilient to climate change, while supporting partners, businesses and communities to take forward carbon reduction initiatives to meet our ambition to be carbon neutral by 2030.

You will report on best practice in relation to climate change and sustainability and develop projects and support initiatives and delivery of carbon reduction initiatives across the borough.

You will be able to work collaboratively across teams and organisations and be able to share the right messages to encourage participation and action.
