The Mechanic will play a key role within the Transport Division supporting and assisting the Maintenance Supervisor, servicing and repair of a fleet of small to large goods vehicles, to annual test standard and the maintenance of all items of grass cutting equipment and Highways Plant.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our hardworking and committed Neighbourhood Services Division. The successful candidate will have proven experience working as a technician and have a good understanding of modern vehicle technology and diagnostic procedures, experience with electric vehicles would also be an advantage, however training will be provided.
We are seeking a motivated person who can work to diagnose faults on chassis and body equipment for a range of vehicles quickly and accurately.
