You must have experience of working in a similar office environment and undertaking a similar role, be able to demonstrate that you can work both as part of a team and on your own initiative, that you are flexible, self motivated, and that you wish to be part of a team dedicated to providing first class customer service. You will have a good standard of education, be able to follow procedures, work accurately and be computer literate.
