We have a Level 2 Business Administration apprenticeship opportunity, based within the Corporate Transport Unit at our Hellaby Depot.
The role involves assisting, under supervision and with support, the team in providing a range of administrative support tasks such as, the use of bespoke ICT and Microsoft applications for the management of fleet related matters, taking/logging telephone messages, filing, and preparing documents for scanning, photocopying, printing and posting. You will be trained and supported as you learn to do each task and supported as you work towards your qualifications too.
To apply for this vacancy you must have:
- GCSE Grade A*-C, or GCSE Grade 9-4 from August 2017, or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Practical knowledge of computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, internet and e-mail.
- Ideally, some experience of dealing with customers in person and over the phone (in a paid or unpaid capacity such as volunteering or on a work placement.
You must be prepared to achieve a Level 2 Apprenticeship framework in Business Administration within the timescale year and work with a selected training provider as required to achieve this.
