We are currently recruiting social workers for our front door Assessment and Intervention Team. As an A+I Social Worker, you will work as part of a fast-past team responding to child protection needs and undertaking child and family assessments. Under the guidance of your team manager, your team will be on duty every 5 weeks. You will support children and families through the assessment process, up to co-producing step-down, Child in Need and Child Protection plans. Previous experience of Section 47 investigations and child and family assessments are desirable.

If successfully shortlisted, you will be invited to partake in stage 1 and 2 of the interview process (a group challenge and written exercise) on 7th October 2022. If successful in stage 1 and 2, you will then be invited for a panel interview on 17th October 2022. Please keep these dates free.
