We are looking to recruit 2 PAMS Senior Practitioners to join our newly developed Neglect Multi-Disciplinary Team. This post is being offered as a fixed term position until June 2023.
You will work as part of a team of professionals (substance misuse workers, independent domestic abuse advisors and family workers) to deliver specialist assessments and interventions to families where children are suffering neglect. The multi-disciplinary team practitioners are not case holding and will offer bespoke interventions to these families to address risks and improve outcomes for children.
You will be a qualified Social Worker with 3 or more years post qualifying training. You should be working towards or have completed Practice Educator (Stage 1 and 2). Successful candidates will have completed the PAMS and CUBAS training, or if not must be willing to complete.
