The Minor Adaptations team within Adult Social Care provides a dedicated set of services targeted at the most vulnerable members of the community. The post holder will be required to access homes for the delivery and installation of equipment and minor adaptations.

The post holder must be able to demonstrate resilience, commitment, and an ability to provide technical support in delivery of physical improvement to the home of vulnerable people.
The post holder should also be able to build rapport and develop relationships with a wide range of people and to deal with difficult situations in a supportive and professional manner. You will have relevant or similar experience of dealing with customers from a wide range of backgrounds. .
As well as the above, you’ll have excellent communication skills, knowledge of IT applications as well as experience of meeting targets and deadlines and experience of working in partnership with Service Users and their Carers.
