Salary range: £22,575 - £23,400 p.a. inc. (pro rata for 24 hours)

Location: Bridge Park Community Leisure Centre and other locations from time to time

We are looking for a part time GP Referral Officer to assist people recovering from injury and illness. You will work 1-2-1 with GP referred patients to help in their recovery from injury and illness to improve health and fitness.
You will need to be flexible, reliable and passionate about client needs as well as help, advise and monitor progress towards achieving improved health and fitness.
You should have a GP Referral Exercise qualification, possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently
