As a member of the culture team at the Museum, the Collections and Assets Manager will play an important role in realising our vision for a Cultural and Learning Hub that enriches lives and inspires learning.
This is a new role for the culture department, it will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to shape the role and the future direction of the collection and our heritage offer during our transition to the new hub.
You will have the power to influence and shape our destination and as such, you will need to be dynamic and committed to developing a contemporary approach to our collections and ensuring accessibility for all.
Additional benefits for this post include 26 days annual leave (increasing to 29 days after 5 years Local Government service).
