An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and qualified individual to join the Adult Joint Commissioning Team.
The role involves the delivery and development of an effective quality and contract management function including market shaping and development, contract management and compliance and the provision of technical advice.
The successful applicant will be able to lead the review and construction of service contracts and ensure effective performance management and quality assurance systems are in place, including the application of restrictive sanctions where appropriate and will provide direct supervision to Contract Officers.
Applicants should be educated to degree level or have a level 5 qualification with significant experience of working in a contracting function within a health or social care organisation. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate the ability to work with a range of partners to deliver high quality outcomes for service users.
