Job Title: Helpdesk Operator
Location: County Hall, Hertford
Salary Range: £19,650 with the opportunity to progress to a maximum of £22,129 pa
Hours: 37 per week

Responsibilities also include:
*Manage and maintain the HCC property database used for recording all issues reported to the facilities helpdesk
*Perform remote problem solving and troubleshooting through diagnostic and pertinent questioning
*Log in detail all incoming job requests, assess the technical assistance or action required to deliver the best solution and pass through to the relevant facilities technician or contractor
*Liaise with external contractors and ensure that job sheets are completed within the SLA
*Financially check, verify and process contractor quotes and applications through to payment as required
