Your role in our journey

 

We are looking for an ambitious candidate who is ready for a challenge in a rewarding job. As a Planning Enforcement Officer you will have a sound working knowledge of planning enforcement and be capable of tackling breaches and alleged breaches of planning control in order to protect the built and natural environment of the Borough.

What you’ll need

 

To join us, you’ll need a Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject. You’ll have significant post-qualification experience in the Planning discipline. And have experience in the application of relevant legislation, policies and guidance relative to projects and work areas identified. An excellent communicator, you also have good knowledge and understanding of the application of relevant legislation, guidance and policies.
