Senior Administrative Officer
Based: Reed House, Dormay Street, London SW18 1EY
Grade: PO1 GBP 28,995 - GBP 35,772 plus performance related pay, starting pay is dependent on knowledge, skills and experience.

 

You will manage the administrative support team and provide both clerical and administrative support to a wide-range of professionals, either as part of a team or individually. You will be involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks. You will also supervise the work of the team.

 

The role varies day to day with lots of responsibility. Most work involves both written and oral communication, word processing and typing, and requires relevant skills such as IT, organisational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Grade: Scale 5 GBP 21,249 - GBP 26,658 plus performance related pay, starting pay is dependent on knowledge, skills and experience.


You will provide administrative support across the engineering teams and deal with a wide range of housing enquiries from the public generally by email, in writing and on the phone.
