About the role
Here at Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our new Programme Management Office (PMO). The PMO is central to the organisation and will be key in delivering our ambitious corporate Five Year Plan objectives, whilst ensuring a consistent approach to programme and project management.
Working as part of a small team, the successful candidate will undertake a range of duties, which will include championing our project management framework, analysing and reporting on programme/project performance, establishing and maintaining a document management system, and providing programme and project management support.
About the person
We are looking for an individual who has previous PMO and project experience and who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to interpret and analyse data and has the ability to engage with people at all levels throughout the organisation.
